This is an own (inhouse) project. The manual motor starter (recoil starter) was broken, so we decided to retooling to electric starter. We're using the motor MY7618 450W 24V with 1,43Nm as starter engin. It drives the combustion engine directly. It is mounted at the front. The junction box contains two series connected rechargeable lead acid batteries 12V, 5Ah (scooter starter batteries), the high current relay (motorcycle starter relay) and further the push button.

The batteries will be chareged with the charger LB32 24V 1,8A.
